Why Families Continue to Choose North Broward Prep Choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions a family can make. At North Broward Preparatory School (NBPS), families return year after year because of our supportive community, strong academic programs and our commitment to each student’s personal and intellectual growth. ## A Warm and Inclusive Community At the heart of NBPS is a welcoming environment where students, parents and educators feel connected and supported. From the first visit to graduation day, families experience a true sense of belonging. This is an essential part of building student confidence and long-term success. ## Personalized Learning Experience Every student learns differently. That is why we focus on personalization. Our teachers and counselors work closely with students to shape academic paths that reflect their strengths, interests and goals. Whether your child is interested in science, the arts or entrepreneurship, we help them build a journey that is both challenging and rewarding. --- Download our Viewbook and Learn More about North Broward Preparatory School! --- “My parents chose NBPS for its excellent teacher-student ratio and the school’s focus on teaching the child, not just the class. Now, as a parent and alum, it’s incredibly meaningful to return and see some of my own teachers still here, a true sign of a happy, committed faculty. Today, our children, their grandchildren attend NBPS, and we continue to be impressed. Offering a warm environment where kids can explore their interests, have strong academics, and hands-on learning.” Birkholz family ## Global Opportunities As part of Nord Anglia Education, NBPS offers students access to global learning experiences. These include international collaborations and partnerships with institutions like MIT, Juilliard, UNICEF and IMG Academy. These opportunities inspire students to think globally, act purposefully and develop a sense of responsibility that extends beyond the classroom. ## Exceptional Programs in STEAM, Arts and Athletics Our programs are designed to fuel curiosity and build real-world skills. With advanced labs, creative studios, performance venues and athletic facilities, NBPS equips students to explore their passions and grow as confident learners. Whether they are preparing for an engineering challenge or stepping onto the stage, students are encouraged to aim high. ## Focus on Wellbeing and Character Academic success is just one piece of the puzzle. At NBPS, we prioritize social-emotional growth and character development. Through wellness initiatives, leadership programs and intentional mentoring, we help students build resilience, empathy and self-awareness. These are qualities that prepare them to lead meaningful lives. ## A Legacy of Trust and Excellence Families choose North Broward Preparatory School not just for what we offer today, but for the promise of who their children will become tomorrow. It’s the confidence in knowing that their child is part of a vibrant, future-focused community that values both academic achievement and personal growth. From our personalized learning approach to our global opportunities and whole-child focus, NBPS is more than a school, it's a place where students are seen, supported, and inspired to thrive. We invite you to experience what makes NBPS truly exceptional and why generations of families continue to call our school home.
